The Japanese sister of the Eiffel Tower — and eight meters taller — painted orange and white since 1958. It remains Tokyo's retro icon: less touristy than the Skytree, more endearing. At night, lit up in colors depending on the date and framed among the skyscrapers, it's pure nostalgia. Two observation decks at 150 and 250 meters.
💡 Getting there: Akabanebashi Station (Oedo) or Kamiyacho (Hibiya). 🕐 9:00–23:00 (Main Deck), 9:00–22:45 (Top Deck). 💴 Main Deck: ¥1,200 / Top Deck Tour: ¥3,000. 🌸 Best visit: at night with the tower lit up in color (changes with the date/event).
